About Paul Lindsay Personal Training & Massage Therapy
As a Personal Fitness Trainer based in Edinburgh, I provide one-to-one Personal Training sessions to a wide variety of clients,each with different Health & Fitness levels. Our training takes place at the most convenient time for you and as we are based at the Caledonian Hilton Livingwell Health Club we are extremely central and easy to locate. Home visits are also available and throughout Spring & Summer outdoor sessions are completed at various locations.
The most important part of Personal Training is that you work with a trainer that you feel comfortable with and who will also help you achieve your aims and objectives whilst assisting you in overcoming any obstacles in the process.
I feel that motivation and support is one of the key benefits to helping you achieve your targets and goals. Understanding what your goals and abilities are, together we create a training programme supported with a diet and nutrition plan to get the results you want.
I also work as a fully qualified massage therapist and strongly believe that that the physical and psychological benefits that massage brings helps you achieve your goals more effectively and quickly.
